KH identifies HHMA as a relatively young organization and as such strongly encourages us to concentrate on site and group-wide initiatives that can accelerate the development of our “group culture”. They were complimentary of the strong foundation that we’ve built: openness and transparency, physician leadership, trust, respect, innovation, and a shared commitment to the delivery of the very best care and service to our patients. After considering our performance data, KH strongly encourages us to incorporate into our sense of who we are as a physician enterprise the idea that: each of us must be a part of a strong and sustained team effort that quickens HHMA’s growth. It may seem obvious, though it is still worth noting that we at HHMA must generate efficiencies to allow for greater revenue so we can further our development goals and fulfill our responsibilities.
We have several initiatives in mind to help accomplish our goals and we will begin discussing them with you in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, we agree with KH that an immediate priority must be creating easy access to our providers for each of our patients. Please take some time to think afresh about your part in opening patient access to our care.
