Coming Together, For You
Hallmark Health Medical Associates will soon change its name to Tufts Medical Center Community Care
Hallmark Health and Tufts Medical Center have been working together to provide exceptional clinical care close to home. Recently, we’ve partnered to provide specialty services, including neurosurgery, advanced endoscopy, neonatal care, and cancer care.
We are excited to announce that we will now be partnering in primary care, family medicine, and even more medical and surgical specialty areas. To reflect our growing partnership later this spring, all physician practices that are currently part of Hallmark Health Medical Associates will be renamed Tufts Medical Center Community Care.
While our name is changing, the providers and staff whom you trust as part of Hallmark Health Medical Associates remain the same, continuing to provide you exceptional care. And by coming together, our providers will be able to share best practices, ultimately offering you and your family more locations, more services and state-of-the-art technologies together to help you live a healthy lifestyle.
We look forward to continuing to serve you and your family.
